Meet the Owners
Amber and Aiva
The two sisters have lived in the beauty industry since the day they were born. Their mother previously had owned her own hair salon for over 17 years, therefore, Amber and Aiva have learned the roads to owning a hair salon at a very young age. Both sisters started their journey in the industry on Newbury Street in Boston. The two have been educated at a high end level and are extremely happy to be able to bring that to the south shore where the two of them were raised.

Hair Stylist
Amber is one of our Co-Founders of Stephen Peters Salon. Amber has been in the industry for over 8 years. She was able to start her journey on Boston's famous street of fashion and beauty, Newbury Street, where she gained most of her knowledge. Growing up, you would find Amber playing with dolls at her mothers hair salon. Instead of your everyday child talking to dolls, Amber would be in the corner cutting their hair! She has been a stylist from the very beginning. Amber gives the most gorgeous blend in every balayage and it makes sense why its her favorite service to offer! Amber's favorite part of Stephen Peters is our staff. Everyone makes coming to work all that much better!
Aiva

Lash Artist / Esthetician / Make Up Artist
Aiva, one of our Co-Founders of Stephen Peters Salon, is our master brow and lash artist. Aiva received her Esthetic license at The Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics. She has mastered her skills in lashes and brows by furthering her education from numerous classes and shows. Aiva is also one of our very talented make up artists. Aiva's favorite part of doing make up is weddings! She is very much an empath and is always so grateful to be a part of somebody's special day. Her favorite part of working in the salon is not only her amazing co-workers, but her clients. Every single client is a best friend. Behind her door is a special bond! On her days off you will definitely find her at Trader Joes, Marshalls, Target or just scrolling on tik tok!
Lorena
Hair Stylist
Lorena, the mother of Amber and Aiva, has been in the business for more than 20 years. She previously owned her own business called, Lorena's Studio of Hair. She later closed her studio to work alongside her two daughters and have gained a beautiful friendship with her other co workers! Lorena specializes in mens cuts. Looking for a sweet fade? Lorena is definitely who you want to see!

Hair Stylist
Sophia gained her cosmetology license from Weymouth High School's cosmetology program. As a little girl, Sophia would always play hairdresser since she grew up watching her mom and grandmother as stylists! She specializes is ALL THINGS BLONDE! From baby lights, highlights, balayage, Sophia will fulfill your hair dreams. While you're in her chair, Sophia loves talking about everything astrology! Her favorite thing about working for Stephen Peters is the loving environment made from her amazing co workers and clients!
Diana

Hair Stylist
6 years ago, Diana started her journey in the cosmetology world. She graduated from Toni & Guy. When she was in college previously to earn her marketing degree, she would always be the "hair stylist" doing all of her friends and family's hair and thats when she knew, doing hair was what made her the happiest. While Diana specializes in blondes, she is also our go-to formal stylist. She is a master wedding stylist, and is always a bridal party's favorite. Even though Diana loves coming to work everyday to hangout with her family-styled friendships at work, on her off days she loves traveling, country concerts and is a huge family girl, so you'll find her hanging out with her family who she calls her best friends.

Hair Stylist / Make up Artist
Noelle graduated from Toni & Guy and has been thriving ever since. She specializes in balayage and is a very talented make up artist as well! Fun Fact : Noelle is one of 10! She has SEVEN sisters!! This played a huge factor in Noelle's love for beauty. She grew up watching all of her sisters do their hair and makeup and that is what brought her to figure out this was exactly what she was destined for. She specializes in balayage and is always educating her clients on protecting the health of their hair. Noelle is an avid reader and could go on and on about her favorite books....ask her all about them! Her favorite part about working for Stephen Peters is that we are one big family and we all clicked so quickly. She loves that its such a welcoming environment and she has wonderful clients that make her job even better! When she isn't behind her chair, she is hanging out with her beautiful family and probably talking about Justin Bieber!
Mady

Hair Stylist
At the very young age of 18 years old, Mady started her hair career. She was able to receive her cosmetology license even before graduating high school! Mady continuously furthers her education by keeping up to date on the latest trends. Her favorite service to offer is foils! With a careful technique, Mady will give you that seamless blend of highlights and lowlights. During her days off she loves to be with her friends. You will probably find her at any concert because Mady LOVES music! Next time you're in Mady's chair, ask her what her favorite song or artist is because it always changes up!!
Siobhan

Hair Stylist
At a very young age, Siobhan knew she wanted to be a hair stylist. She grew up going to her moms hair appointments with her and admired the stylist working no matter the length of time the appointment took. Since figuring out what she wanted to do very early on, she always planned to go to Blue Hills Vo Tech so she could take the cosmetology program, in which she received her license from. Her favorite part about doing hair is seeing her clients leave the chair with a big smile on their face. You can find Siobhan in the salon doing the greatest hair transformations! From light to dark or dark to light, Siobhan will always meet your hair expectations. At home she has two cats, Princess and Lola and is a huge animal lover! Working at Stephen Peters makes Siobhan excited to grow with the company and as a hair stylist as a whole.

Lash Technician / Esthetician
Jacqui is our other esthetician at Stephen Peters. She has held her Esthetic license since 2017 and had fallen in love with the industry back in 2015 where she worked as a salon receptionist. After receiving her license, Jacqui worked as an esthetician doing skin care, lashes and waxing before moving to Austin, Texas to work in a salon down south. Recently she moved back to Massachusetts and has continued to work as an esthetician here at Stephen Peters. Lashes is her favorite service to offer! Between Classics, Hybrid, Volume and Mega Volume, Jacqui can do it all! Jacqui feels motivated at Stephen Peters because of the uplifting environment! She loves making people feel beautiful and at Stephen Peters, that is exactly what she does.

Stylist Assistant
Christian is our fabulous assistant! At a very young age, Christian was able to receive his cosmetology license. From there he had extensive training from previous salons. You will find him bopping around from station to station helping our stylists work their best! His favorite service to offer is hair cutting. Christian pays attention to every single detail in long and short haircuts. He loves the creativity this industry gives him and plans to continue to grow and learn new things everyday!

Meet Kayla! She is one of our very talented hair stylists! Growing up Kayla found her passion in beauty by playing hair dresser with her friends and family. After graduating Toni & Guy she soon fell in love with all things hair, spray tans & lash extensions! She is also a very talented wedding artist and does beautiful work in formal styling and makeup. This girl does it all! Outside of work you will find her with her puppy and spending time with her loved ones. Kayla is super excited to meet you all so step right into her chair anytime!
